Teaching methodology in Gurukul is the most ancient and competitive in today’s world. This methodology can be observed only in India.
Usually, our sages Were the guiding light part the education to the he outsiders in the naturalistic environment. They indulge In sowing the seeds and nurturing the roots of spiritual values and Vaidic Sanskar into their students. Even today, this method is more sustainable in compared to other methodologi respect to the methodology of sages, the almighty, Lord Shree Swaminarayan empowered the saints to establish Gurukuls worldwide so as to inculcate the activities of Sadvidya – the knowledge for enlightenment.
To cultivate this inspiration into reality, the Saints of Swaminarayan Mandir Bhuj established Gurukuls in various areas of Kutch to nurture and facilitate the children with good etiquettes and modern education.
This initiative was adopted by Mahant Sadguru Swami Shri Vallabh Dasji years back.
Thereafter, Mahtamt Sadguru Shastri Swami Dharmjivan Dasji has expanded the initiative lead by Swamiji along with that Mahant Sadguru Purani Swami Hari Swaroop dasji and Mahant Sadguru Purani Swami Dhérmanandan Dasji broaden the areas of Gurukuls including 12 Gurukuls along with the Gurukul for Girls which is a great achievement in itself.

The Comprehensive Infrastructure

Spread over more than six acres of land, the school campus is designed to cater for every need of young and growing children. Adequate space for educational activities, various sports and co-curricular activities ensure an environment that promotes good health and well being.
The School Campus presently consists of well maintained Administrative block, spacious classrooms, a specially designed playground and the Indoor games arena, ultra-modern Audiovisual Room, Hostel and Prayer Hall.
Wide corridors and courtyards provide feasible movements and also create the ideal ambience for delightful learning. The school has such a well equipped computer laboratory with strategically located terminals that ensure constant flow of information and providea window for the outside world.
Activity room
The Activity Rooms at SSG are magical jukeboxes that spur every student into action. Equipped with a wide range of performing arts, our spacious activity rooms are fit for every session - be it dance, music or yoga.
Art & Music
Together with academic excellence, co-curricular activities form an integral part of the school curriculum. The school endeavours to provide ample of opportunities to the students to give expression to their imagination and enhance creativity.
Field Trips
Field trips give students educational experiences away from their regular school environment. The school organizes myriads of Educational Trips to different locations to make the process of teaching learning activities more live and hands-on.
Audio Visual Room
Audio-Visual room is equipped with a LCD projector and Groovy sound system, The AV library comprises rich educational and entertainment CD’s to augment the learning ability of the children and sustain their interest in learning.
Library - Linguistically Smart
Bad Libraries build collections, good libraries build services and great libraries build community. Our school library is a treasure of knowledge, has state-of-the-art infrastructure/ide students a place to learn, think and share ideas.
The school has an enormous stock of books including Encyclopaedia, Fiction and Myriads of Reference Books for all age groups. The library has also a large number of Magazines and journals on various subjects. The library is fully equipped with sufficient book racks and adequate seating arrangements for enriching learners’ spirit of reading.
